Aquadash aims to provide flexible cancellation options. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

Quick Summary

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit.

Rescheduling Summary

Same-day reschedules aren't available online. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment forfeits the deposit portion of your payment. After repeated rescheduling, full payment is required before booking again.
